Each breath I take, I do it with intention.
Each asana I move through, I do it with mindfulness.
My practice is filled with positive energy.
I cultivate love.
I cultivate strength.
(physical and mental)
I push myself through the tough parts of my day,
and the tough parts in my body.
I let the goodness of the practice,
of my body,
of the life I surround myself with,
sink right into me.
Not only does this resonate in my body and in my mind,
but also on my mat,
in the sand,
on the earth.
